1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Quotato (the "Service"), operated by Quotato Inc. ("Quotato", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms include that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Quotato is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users produce SEO and GEO optimized blog articles. The Service's core workflow includes:
- Real-time web research and context gathering based on your topic input.
- Automated keyword candidate extraction and volume-based keyword selection.
- AI-generated article drafts using selected keywords and gathered research.
- Automated FAQ generation for additional SEO/GEO coverage.
- Storage and retrieval of generated articles via your account dashboard.
Quotato operates on a per-article, quantity-based pricing model. The Service may be modified, expanded, or restricted at any time, as described in Section 15 (Changes to Terms).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using Quotato, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet the minimum age requirement.
- You are not prohibited from receiving the Service under any applicable law.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must not use the Service.
4. Account Registration
Access to the Service requires authentication via Google Sign-In. By signing in, you authorize Quotato to receive your Google profile information (name, email address, and unique identifier) as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Notify us immediately at pluszero@pluszero.co.kr of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Not share your account with others or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.
Quotato is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account that is due to your failure to safeguard your Google credentials.
4.2 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or pricing is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Quantity-Based Pricing
The Service uses a quantity-based pricing model. A single per-article rate is applied to the entire order based on the total number of posts purchased. Pricing tiers as of the effective date of these Terms are:
- Tier 1 (1–50 posts): $6.00 per article
- Tier 2 (51–100 posts): $5.00 per article
- Tier 3 (101–200 posts): $4.00 per article
Once the total order quantity is determined, that unit price applies to every article in the order. For example, an order of 120 articles would be billed as: 120 × $4.00 = $480.00.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment details and billing processes will be specified at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.
By purchasing article quantities or credits, you acknowledge that the Service provides AI-generated output that may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated statements, or other errors, and you agree to evaluate and use the Service with that limitation in mind.
5.3 Refunds
Because article generation consumes computational resources, completed article generations are generally non-refundable. If a generation fails due to a confirmed technical error on our part, we will provide a credit or regeneration at no charge. Please contact pluszero@pluszero.co.kr within 7 days of the failed generation.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of any price changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service.
6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
6.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Service (your topics, prompts, and instructions) and to the articles generated on your behalf through the Service. We do not claim ownership over your generated articles.
6.2 License to Quotato
By using the Service, you grant Quotato a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your input and output content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We will not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All articles, keywords, research summaries, and FAQs produced by the Service are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, or hallucinations.

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUOTATO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUOTATO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quotato Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
